The Pāpāmoa Community Market (PCM) was born out of a desire to build stronger communities, connect neighbours, bring people together and forge friendships.

We want to encourage the Pāpāmoa community and the wider Tauranga Community to come together to eat, shop and be entertained by local businesses. The rise of the Covid-19 pandemic has left many individuals isolated and more removed from their community than ever – the PCM was established in 2022 with the vision of bringing communities together through local food and crafts.

We love Pāpāmoa, and as the fastest-growing Tauranga suburb, we are custodians here to ensure it flourishes.

The Pāpāmoa Community Market is honoured to be held at Te Manawa o Pāpāmoa School. The name of “Te Manawa” was gifted to the school by the local Iwi, it translates to “the heart of Pāpāmoa”. It is a privilege that the Pāpāmoa Community Market was given the opportunity to host the market at such an important meeting place. We strive to create a community space where individuals are welcome to meet and reconnect. 

By working together, everyone can flourish. Here at PCM, we believe community and collaboration drive positive outcomes. We welcome all individuals who wish to become stallholders. Get involved and give back to your local community, becoming a stallholder is an excellent way to showcase and share your talents with the community around you.
